Case Study: Fratton Park – New betting office and canteen buildings, disabled toilet and offices.
Portsmouth Football Club commissioned us to construct new buildings to serve as a betting office and canteen building. We built these from the ground up, creating new buildings for the betting office, canteen and offices, built on raft foundations due to the unsuitable ground they were standing on. We then undertook full internal fittings and fixtures.

Miscellaneous works covering a number of jobs, including the construction of a “wall of fame’ within the grounds, laying of a new single layer deck outside the training facilities, internal floor laying and external cladding of all the buildings.

Case Study: Fratton Park Stadium Works
Miscellaneous works to improve the general look and feel of the facilities at the ground, including a new concrete base for the dugout, renovation of the tunnel and front of the house of the stadium and new roofing elements at the entrances and a revamp and refresh of the Solent Radio box. Boarding up of windows and k-rendering to allow advertising to be displayed externally and refurbishing of the toilet blocks around the ground.

Case Study: Outbuilding construction, new kitchen and internal works
Complete construction, decoration, fixtures and fitting of an outbuilding “man cave”, then replacement of the existing kitchen with a new modern suite, with low-level lights and bespoke units. We also replaced the doorways and ceiling lighting through to and in the living room area as well.

• Left clean and tidy ready for the next trades.

Pitched new roof to this side extension.
• Felt and battened ready for tiling.
• New cavity tray installed.
• Tiled and muck work to verges completed.
Case Study: Roundabout alterations and carpark surfacing
The existing roundabout was too large causing issues with trucks constantly being unable to get around it.
We undertook to reduce the size of the roundabout, relay the road surface and then lay a new 40mm overlay surface for the car parking area as well.
Case Study: Installation of static caravan base
Existing concrete bases that had cracked. removed the old bases, put down a newly reinforced foundation ready for concrete. Then concrete pour and set ready for installation of new caravans to be put on site.

Building a new toilet block and laying the hardstanding for caravans.
Complete strip out of the internals of the toilet blocks, then work with a plumber (Pentland Plumbing) to create new cubicles and units, install full toilets, sinks and vanity units.
Internal preparations of floors (poly-safe), storm clad hygiene board on the walls.

A flood-damaged house in Warsash. We had to complete redecoration. Rip out and reinstall the kitchen. New floors laid. Installation of stone floors, bespoke staircase and complete decoration of the house.
